The Fiji National University IT Department has IT Support offices in all campuses. If you are facing login problems, email issues, moodle access issues and internet issues, you can use the contact details mentioned below to clarify the issues that you are facing. Please note that before contacting either of the contacts you must ensure that you mention your Student ID number.
Email UsFor general enquries, you can email us on icthelpdesk(at)fnu.ac.fj. While emailing to us you must ensure that you have a valid Student ID.
If your student account has not been registered by the icthelpdesk then
you must either email scanned copy of your ID (both side) to us so that
your student account can be created or go to your respective icthelpdesk ( locations are in Samabula Campus, Ba Campus, Lautoka Campus & Namaka Campus) for account registration.

Visit UsEach campus has a IT Personnel who will be ready to help you out provided that you present your valid Student ID. IF they are not able to sort your issue thenthey will escalate the issue to the higher level Support Tech and your querries should be sorted.
